It is recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Protection of the Rights for the gods and services trademarks" (coordination with the Civil Code of Ukraine and harmonization with EU legislation) (Reg. No2748).
In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill is aimed at the elimination of ambiguities in the effective law of Ukraine and its harmonization with EU laws.
The Committee also recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Protection of Rights for Inventions" (coordination with the Civil Code of Ukraine and harmonization with EU legislation).
